Situated a little distance from the centre of Shrewsbury, the Radbrook Hall & Leisure Centre is superbly appointed in four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Some parts of the hotel date back to the 15th Century and indeed, there are also plaques dated 1715 on view, which was when Radbrook Hall was the home of the Scottish clan McPherson.

Radbrook Hall has been carefully refurbished to combine traditional elegance with modern day comforts and has all the standards of service that promise to make our guests stay a truly memorable experience.

Shrewsbury

There is over a thousand years of history in Shrewsbury's atmospheric streets.

The town dates back to before AD901 and has retained its medieval street pattern with passages that criss-cross the town centre. You'll find over 660 listed buildings including the Norman Abbey and medieval castle.

A host of creative talent has made Shrewsbury its home, a thriving arts scene is focused on the galleries and venues but reflected in many of the shops, cafes and restaurants.

History of the Radbrook Hotel

Radbrook Hotel has a very rich and varied history which is reflected in it's original features such as the cast iron firebacks with the arms of Charles 1 within old fireplaces.

The aim has been to keep Radbrook Hall's old fashioned ambience of a large family residence with today's efficient computerised technology and excellent staff training affording our guests a wonderful stay in Shrewsbury, a town caught in a meandering loop of the River Severn and home to Charles Darwin.
